Kyle Cabral has been a part of BankFive’s Customer Contact Center for just one year but he has already left a positive impact on so many of our customers. Often noting that he is friendly, kind and “goes above and beyond”, BankFive customers can’t say enough good things about Kyle.
In addition to his role as Customer Support Representative, Kyle was also part of BankFive’s internal Intranet Implementation Team. While he has traditionally served BankFive customers over the phone and through live chat, he now helps them face-to-face as well via our new Video Banking service. And being multilingual, Kyle is able to assist our Portuguese-speaking customers in their native language.
Residing in East Providence, RI, Kyle works out BankFive’s Main Office in Fall River. Prior to joining the BankFive family, he was a supervisor at Santander Bank where he trained and coached advisors and handled escalated customer service issues.
If Kyle hadn’t ended up in Banking, he says he would likely have a podcast or be a motivational speaker. “I always like to motivate others and encourage others to try and be their very best self. I always wanted to have my own podcast and share experiences with my audiences and learn from one another.” This is just another reason Kyle is so relatable to so many of our customers he assists.
He says his goal in his role is, “to deliver exceptional customer service, represent BankFive’s mission and values, and assure that I’m a one-call resolution for all my internal and external customers.” Kyle does just that. One happy customer recently left a review letting us know “what an awesome, kind, friendly, and one-of-a-kind employee” we have!
Outside of work, Kyle likes to spend time with his four cats and two dogs, often taking the dogs for long walks. He says growing up, instead of being home playing video games or sports, he preferred volunteering at local animal shelters so he could be a part of his community.. He also loves photography and says, “I always try and make memories no matter where I am and capture them.” Recently, Kyle has also taken up cooking – trying to pick up the skills of his Portuguese mother.
When asked why he likes working at BankFive, Kyle says, “I love that every day is a learning experience. I’m learning about myself also, walking into a welcoming and inviting environment is rare. And BankFive delivers! BankFive goes above and beyond for their internal and external customers where no problem is too small or too big - if it’s important to you it’s important to us!”
