I had an issue with my business checks that was ordered for me. Between the check company having my old address and additional information that was incorrect my stress level was through the roof. I spoke with Nicole Macedo and she had everything corrected and my checks in hand in less then 4 days. She is by far the easiest and most professional employee from bank 5 that I had ever worked with. Not only does she handle every situation professionally she has an amazing sense of humor. She’s is my go to with any issue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a problem related to the Bill Pay function. I’ve used it for many years to pay bills from utilities to credit cards and never had a problem. It seems Blue Cross Medex is not recognizing payments to my account. I have two other Blue Cross products I’m paying through Bill Pay with no problem. This tells me the problem belongs to Blue Cross. Bank Five’s personnel put through Stop Payment for me free of charge and added back the amount to my checking account. Just the solution I needed so I could pay Blue Cross through their own electronic payment system, which is much less convenient for me than Bill Pay. I still have much confidence in Bank Five’s Bill Pay service.
