Above and Beyond Customer Service
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Jacqueline at the Globe Street bank branch for something truly special that I witnessed.
While I was there, I saw Jacqueline come out from the back to greet a customer, and what happened next was absolutely heartwarming. She gave the customer a hug, and you could immediately see the genuine connection and trust they shared.
I have never witnessed anything quite like that in a bank before! It was honestly one of the coolest and most beautiful examples of customer service I have ever seen.
It reminded me that banking isn’t just about money and transactions. It’s about building relationships, showing kindness, and making customers feel valued.
Jacqueline, keep being the amazing person you are! Your kindness and compassion do not go unnoticed. The Globe Street branch is lucky to have someone like you! Sincerely logan & emma
