Fran at the Dartmouth branch helped my open a bank account. I have had some issues with opening bank accounts due to something from chexsystem but she was able to get it straightened out for me. She spent a few hours with me. She was soooo nice and helpful. Thank you Fran!

Fast friendly service
Bank was very clean when I walked in. Seemed very high class and organized. Tellers were very friendly. I opened a savings account and it was so simple and so fast. When I went a second time to put money in my account everyone was just as friendly and attentive.

I am beyond grateful for Maria Coehlo. She has gone above and beyond to help me on a number of occasions. Most recently I’ve had a hardship in my family and needed paperwork and help along with many other things and she was quick to help me and guide me every step of the way.
