Unauthorized Charge…
When I spoke to someone there they immediately looked at my problem and took care of it. I was able to get a new debit card the next day. The next day when I arrived at the bank everything was ready for me and the girl I sat with took care of filling out the necessary form to file my claim against an unauthorized charge to my account.

Diligent!
Extremely helpful and diligent in getting to the bottom of the issue I was having. Also had quick communication in getting back to me as soon as andditional information was received on their end. although I was unable to answer the call back, the voicemail that was left helped to pinpoint the issue exactly and fixed everything within a few minutes which was an extreme relief. I feel much better about contacting support in the future knowing that there will be care and effort put in to at least figure out what the root cause was.
