I recently applied for a mortgage at Bank Five and I was really impressed with the level of professional care and support I received from Peter Defusco and his assistant Janice Camara. They assisted with all of my questions and concerns and I felt that Peter went above and beyond to find me the best fixed rate possible. When the loan was approved, he put me in contact with an excellent home owners insurance agent and even suggested a contractor who would help me with some minor repairs in order to close on time. Peter worked with me the entire time, responded to all of my inquiries expeditiously to make this purchase a great success. Even after the closing, he assisted me with the right contacts to open a checking, savings and escrow account. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and forthright and made this experience seamless in my hectic lifestyle. Peter Defusco is a shining star and makes business with Bank Five a remarkable experience. He's the best!

. I normally use the atm for all transactions but I've never had any issues with Bank Five customer service. Always polite and vary friendly

Teller was readily available; service was quick and accurate; teller was personable/friendly.

Linda was very pleasant and informative. She provided us the rate we were looking for and completed the paperwork in a timely manner. We also did not have to wait for an unreasonable amount of time or make an appointment to do our business with the bank.

I usually use the drive-up window, but whenever I need to go into the lobby, I'm always greeted with a smile and pleasant greeting. Nice group of people.
