What made it great is the greeting I receive and the professionalism shown by the employees

No waiting time. ATM was on the inside which I wanted to use but was my first time at the Swansea branch girls were very nice to tell me where it was.

The tellers were friendly and accommodating. Quick and efficient service.

My husband and I recently became victims of a phone scam and unfortunately lost some of our savings. We’d like to thank Renee, at Bank 5 in Somerset, who assisted us with closing our affected accounts and opening new ones. She handled everything thoroughly and professionally, explaining how the transition would work. Renee was very understanding of our situation, and responded with kindness and compassion. My experience is always great dealing with Donna. She has been the point of contact for my family at Bank 5 for many, many years. She has always been helpful and actually prevented fraud by alerting my dad, that something wasn't right. She saved the day. Everyone at the bank is always very nice as well. We just go way back with Donna.

The tellers are all very helpful and pleasant. They have come to know their customers and greet them by name. They are terrific!

Doreen is the best! Always very attentive to her customers and she is super knowledgable!

We had to close our account due to a fraud occurrence. The Assistant Manager at the Somerset Branch was most helpful and knowledgeable in resolving this very trying situation. Along with opening a new account she also notified Social Security Administration of the change.
