Amazing customer service
Both of the representatives I spoke with were patient, helpful, and personable. There was also little to no wait time to reach them. I had to call back on a different day to get clarification and I got the same person (Sarah) again.

My 5 year bank CD was closed and turned…
My 5 year bank CD was closed and turned over to unclaimed property around the 3.5 year mark of the contract term. Gina Smith has been wonderful helping me reinstate my CD.
I really appreciate the extra effort Gina has taken to help rectify this incident.
