I have been with Bank 5. For many years. I went to the Summer set branch for the second time. When I went up to the teller she addressed me as Mrs. Resendes. I was shocked I only had met her once and she remembered me. I was impressed with Renée and she was very kind and helped me with a smile. I was impressed with a memory. I was taking out my license to prove who I was. There was no need because of a memory of me and my name. That is why my experience was so great.

I deal with local and national companies. Bank Five is easy to work with, uncomplicated technology, and best of all... common sense such as when giving code numbers for security sign-in, doing so slowly, clearly, easy to understand rather than other companies doing so rapidly, not clear to understand.
