We went to acushnet Bank 5. In New Bedford and sat down with Ishmael Tavares and he was very helpful and educational. Did everything we needed to do to resolve the issue. The next couple of days I got a phone call from Lisa and she also was very helpful and kind and understanding. I really appreciate the promptness of the phone calls and how it resolved.
