I could not go to the bank because of an injury and needed help. I called Bank Five and Mitchell Santos answered the call. After I explained to Mitchell what I needed he came to my house and took care of it. I am so impressed with this young man and his kindness. I had met him before in the North Main Street Branch, before it closed, and he was very helpful and kind then too. It is very rare in today’s world to find a young man like Mitchell. Bank Five is very lucky to have him and so are we, the customers.

We do quite a bit of business with Bank Five since the Fallen Officers Memorial Trust has many scholarship accounts there. The staff at the main branch (where we do most of our transactions) is always extremely helpful to work with. As you can imagine with that many accounts, sometimes a glitch occurs. But everyone we work with goes the extra mile to help us out!!
