I have seen Hailee Cabral in the Dartmouth Branch a few times over the past year or so to help me with getting statements for my mother and her husband to get through the Medicaid process (Which is a bear).
She is always courteous, helpful, calm and doesn’t rush the process. She must be a valuable asset to Bank 5 as she is definitely a valuable asset to me and my needs with my family.
