Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer
Gregory Medeiros serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at BankFive, where he leads credit administration and loan review functions to ensure a sound and balanced credit portfolio.
Greg has been with BankFive since 1989 and has nearly 40 years of banking experience across multiple departments, including retail and technology. His broad operational background provides a well-rounded perspective that contributes to effective risk management and strategic decision-making.
Deeply committed to community service, Greg serves on the boards of Greater Fall River Re-Creation, the Salvation Army, and Leadership SouthCoast. In recognition of his dedication to the local community, he was awarded the prestigious John S. Brayton Community Service Award in 2017. He also currently acts as the Executive Sponsor of BankFive's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group.
Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the New England College of Business and has completed executive programs at Wharton and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
