I will say I miss bank 5 on n main st they all new the customers but n Dartmouth location is very nice tellers and banking assistance from the management was wonderful.

Bank 5 situated in North Dartmouth MA is certainly "a rose among thorns" in a world that is fast paced and lack human interaction there is no better place where you can be assure that superb service is seen and felt. Warmth and welcome are specifically served with a touch of love and class. Fran (Bank Manager) greets with such grace and genuineness additionally she stops to find out if all is well. Sierra (Universal Banker) and AJ provide quality service beyond the ordinary. I consider myself bless to be conducting business and to be served with sure dignity.

Fran at the Dartmouth branch helped my open a bank account. I have had some issues with opening bank accounts due to something from chexsystem but she was able to get it straightened out for me. She spent a few hours with me. She was soooo nice and helpful. Thank you Fran!

After coming to the Dartmouth office and meeting with the branch manager regarding fraud on my account. Everyone was so very helpful and knowledgeable about any issues or questions I had. She made having the fraud on my bank card easier to deal with and helped me get a card inquicker so I didn’t have to wait too long for it.
