I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Guertin and her team from BankFive. I have never had anyone work so long and hard for me. I was trying to refinance my home and there were many bumps and hold ups along the way. I did not think it was going to happen, but Michelle kept me calm and encouraged me to be patient. While I was doing this I was also struggling with my mother's stage 4 cancer diagnosis and all it entails. Not only did Michelle answer my endless questions about the refinancing at all hours of the day and night, she also always took the time to ask how my mother was doing. It meant the world to me that someone was so kind to me. The refinancing went through and Michelle and her team were even able to get me a better rate than I expected, things couldn't have worked out better. This fantastic lady still answers any and all questions I have. She responds in a timely manner and will both text and email me. I felt like a had an old friend walking me through the process and friend that still answers all my silly questions. I would recommend Michelle and her team to anyone looking to finance a home. They are the absolute best!!!
