
Christina Johnk
Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Christina Johnk serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at BankFive, overseeing all aspects of the Bank’s human resources function, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and succession planning.
With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Christina has deep expertise in labor relations and organizational leadership. Prior to joining BankFive, she negotiated labor contracts for Care New England and served as a senior advisor with national responsibility for CVS Health’s MinuteClinic division.
Christina is actively engaged in the local community, serving on the boards of the Fall River Rotary Club, the Veterans Association of Bristol County, and the Fall River Historical Society. She is also a board member and chair elect of the United Way of Greater Fall River and previously served as the organization's campaign chair. Her leadership has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Paul Harris Fellow Award and the Women & Allies Champion for Women award from both the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bankers Associations.
Christina holds a bachelor's degree and master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University and resides in Warwick, Rhode Island with her two children AJ and Grace.
