President's Scholarship Fund
In 2024, BankFive partnered with the SouthCoast Community Foundation to establish the President's Scholarship Fund, a $1.2 million initiative honoring the legacy of past BankFive presidents and CEOs.
This fund provides a renewable four-year scholarship to one or more graduating high-school seniors from:
- Bristol County, MA
- Bristol and Newport Counties, RI
Eligible students must be attending an accredited college or university. Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement or financial need and are renewable each year the student remains enrolled full-time and meets eligibility requirements.

You may apply through the Universal Application, which automatically matches students with all eligible scholarships.

The BankFive Foundation Fund
Established in January 2011, the BankFive Foundation Fund was created in partnership with the SouthCoast Community Foundation to enhance our corporate giving program and support the most pressing needs in our communities.
Since 2015, the Foundation has awarded grants to a wide range of organizations dedicated to improving lives across our region.
To be considered for funding, applicants must receive an invitation to apply.
