BankFive Celebrates Prestigious Wins in Residential Lending

BankFive is proud to announce that it has recently been recognized for its continued excellence in lending services with two residential lending awards. 

Wilfredo Salvador, Vice President and Community Lending Officer, was recognized as one of the Top Latino Mortgage Originators in the country by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). In addition, BankFive also received a MassHousing Healthy Homes Award for issuing the most loans with the Get the Lead Out program and energy-efficient loans. The Consumer Lending Department is led by Stephanie Primo-Simons, Vice President and Consumer Lending Manager. 

Salvador was recognized by the NAHREP for his hard work, dedication, and success as a Latino mortgage originator. He joined BankFive in 2021 and primarily serves customers in the Greater Boston area. He previously served as a Mortgage Loan Originator for CrossCountry Mortgage, Bank of America, and Guaranteed Rate. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, he is fluent in both English and Spanish. In his spare time, Salvador has volunteered as a bilingual translator for several non-profit organizations and healthcare centers for the elderly.

BankFive is also proud to have received the MassHousing Healthy Homes Award in recognition of its efforts to make healthy homes a reality for customers through its loan services, such as lead-out loans to remove lead paint from properties and energy-efficient loans to help homeowners incorporate renewable energy sources into their homes. Primo-Simons, who leads the Consumer Lending Department, and her team of lending officers make these home upgrades possible for customers.
