I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle twice now for mortgage refinancing. She is professional, informative, and guided me through the ( sometimes) very confusing process with efficiency, attentiveness, and outstanding customer service, She was always accessible for questions and keeping me informed of all steps along the way. I have zero complaints. I have been a customer of bank five for many years and I can honestly tell you that I’ve never had one single issue. Opened accounts for my children as well as my parents with you everything has been exceptional. Your customer service Is the best!

This bank is the friendliest bank I’ve found in the city. They have great hours that work well with my schedule. They have always been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had an issue ( that’s only happened once in about 7 years). I highly reythem.

with Covid our new normal the drive thru is where I do all my banking, as well as other customers. Even in a long line it goes by quickly and they are always very polite and helpful.

I have had an account with Bank Five since I was born when it was Fall River Five Cent Savings Bank and have never had an account at any other institution. I wouldn't even consider opening an account at one of the criminal mega conglomerate banks.
Prior to the pandemic I had never used the drive-thru but unfortunately it's the only realistic way to do regular business right now. I can't wait until things get back to normal as I'm sure you all feel the same.
