Your assessment will identify the energy efficiency improvements that may qualify for financing.
- Get a Contractor Proposal. Work with a licensed contractor to obtain an itemized proposal for the recommended improvements.
- Apply Through the DOER Z-Loan Website. Visit myz-loan.com to apply for the program. If your proposed improvements qualify, you will receive a Loan Authorization Form that you will provide to BankFive.
- Apply for Financing. Visit our online application to apply for a Z-Loan. Select "Heat Unsecured" under the Loan Purpose dropdown.
