BankFive Named Top Charitable Contributor by Boston Business Journal

BankFive made Boston Business Journal’s 2025 list of the most charitable companies in Massachusetts, for the fourth year in a row. The bank was listed as one of 100 organizations in the state, which together contributed $416 million in cash donations to nonprofits in 2024.

BankFive is well-known for its charitable contributions through The BankFive Foundation Fund and Charitable Giving Program. The Foundation provides financial support to the local community through grants that enrich schools and local organizations. The Charitable Giving Program invests in community events and organizations that assist their neighbors. Every year they also award student scholarships from their $1.2 million President’s Scholarship Fund, which was established to honor the memory of past presidents and CEOs of BankFive.
