I love Bank Five I have been a member for years. I recently have needed to get a medallion stamp for a few documents and Bank Five made it easy setting up the appointments and helping me with that especially Antonio Esteves he was very helpful and professional. I recently needed some bank checks and went to the Swansea branch they were very helpful excellent. I do most of my business at the Dartmouth branch. Excellent service

I went to both the Somerset and North Main St offices and I found both to be extremely helpful and personable. I had questions and they had the answers that I needed. I was very happy with both of my experiences.

The teller who helped me was absolutely best in class! She is someone every employer would beg for. Just helpful, pleasant and good natured! I wish I knew her name - that's my fault

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Jacqueline at the Globe Street bank branch for something truly special that I witnessed. While I was there, I saw Jacqueline come out from the back to greet a customer, and what happened next was absolutely heartwarming. She gave the customer a hug, and you could immediately see the genuine connection and trust they shared. I have never witnessed anything quite like that in a bank before! It was honestly one of the coolest and most beautiful examples of customer service I have ever seen. It reminded me that banking isn’t just about money and transactions. It’s about building relationships, showing kindness, and making customers feel valued. Jacqueline, keep being the amazing person you are! Your kindness and compassion do not go unnoticed.
