I used the ITM at Bank Five for the 1st time. I am not very tech savvy so I thought this might be a challenge until the most wonderful associate assisted me. I "requested a teller" and within seconds Alexis Gagne assisted me. She was professional, friendly, courteous and helpful all with a smile! True definition of excellence!
