I used the ITM at Bank Five for the 1st time. I am not very tech savvy so I thought this might be a challenge until the most wonderful associate assisted me. I "requested a teller" and within seconds Alexis Gagne assisted me. She was professional, friendly, courteous and helpful all with a smile! True definition of excellence! Great experience and will use this again. Thank you for all of your help Alexis it was a pleasure.
