Customer service agent was very polite…
Customer service agent was very polite & extremely helpful. I had a couple questions about my acct & she helped answer them fairly easily. Been a member of Bank5 & plan to be for many yrs to cone! Keep up the great work 💯

he rep was very polite, helpful, and patient
i had an issue at the super walmart and my card didnt register with thier machines (until i went to service desk) which flagged a fraud alert.
On the phone your representative was very polite, helpful, and patient even when i didnt understand one of the things he was asking . he explained what was needed for clarification and resolved my issue to re activate my card. thank you for having awesome helpful informative staff

Bank 5 service is 2nd to none. I've purchased multiple homes, refied multiple loans, and Bank 5 has outdone every other mortgage firm. Any concern I had along the way, was addressed immediately to my delight. They also had the best rate. I highly recommend them and I reserve that for rare gems.

How it felt to get a loan from bank 5!
It was awesome the customer service from Donna was unbelievable she help me get my loan fast and easy and she was super friendly and when I call later with questions she answered them previously and patiently happy to be a customer for 6 years now.
