I needed some guidance on rolling over…
I needed some guidance on rolling over an old retirement plan with a former employer and since I had a traditional IRA with Bank5, I thought this option would best suit my needs. I contacted Bank5 and spoke to Ana P. at the Fall River, No.Main office. She explained my choices, handled the paperwork and made the experience very rewarding. I would highly recommend Bank5 and especially Ana P. for her professionalism, courtesy and knowledge.

Personal help if needed.
I have had a great experience with Bank 5 because of the personal interactions I have had with the staff here. The person at the Warwick location is always eager to help. I feel that she has became like a good friend. Everytime I need help with anything she is there to help. She also reaches out to me to keep me informed and gets answers to my questions in a timely manner.
