Most efficient & easiest loan process ever!
Lumenia was absolutely fantastic to work with. Super friendly and helpful! She explained everything to me in detail before I even had a question, to ensure I knew exactly what my loan entailed and what was expected and needed from me. She even went the extra mile to reach out on my behalf to gather some documents I needed to close my loan to save me some time. As I said, super efficient, helpful, and friendly. My experiences with Bank 5 have always been very pleasant and responsive. The assistant Branch manager Donna at the Somerset, Ma branch has always been so so helpful with my accounts. I have been with the bank for many years and love doing banking with them.
