The bank staff definately made me feel that customer service is their priority. After speaking with one staff member, the manager, who overheard part of the conversation, approached me with further information regarding banking options. I was so impressed with their customer service, that I have decided to transfer my business banking acct from BofA to Bank 5.

Bank Five has the nicest people to help with the borrowing process.. Recently we closed on a loan through Bank Five. As self employed people borrowing is always a complicated process, but they guided us through to a very smooth transaction. We definitely chose the right lender and would highly recommend .

Finally a bank that works with you and appreciates good clients with specific needs. Bank-5 has the best banking staff that I ever dealt with within my 35 years in business. They are just simply awesome people to work with. Bank-5 should be an example of how all banks should treat their clients.

Best service I have ever had. All staff members are fully educated on their roll/department and provides top notch service. I have dealt with different banks and Bank5 sets the standards. Brittany Schmidt is our main contact for a business loan and she is professional, thorough, informative, organized, always available when you need and very comfortable to talk with. Stephanie DeSousa set up my new business account. With Brittany present so that we were all on the same page, we met in person. She explained all I needed to know and some about the accounts and because of this, I feel comfortable knowing she set me up for accounts that best fits my needs. "What a TEAM you have." Bank Five is in my opinion the finest bank around. My small business certainly wouldn’t exist if not for them. I will never do business with any other bank especially Webster Bank.
