I had an issue with my business checks that was ordered for me. Between the check company having my old address and additional information that was incorrect my stress level was through the roof. I spoke with Nicole Macedo and she had everything corrected and my checks in hand in less then 4 days. She is by far the easiest and most professional employee from bank 5 that I had ever worked with. Not only does she handle every situation professionally she has an amazing sense of humor. She’s is my go to with any issue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bank 5 has always been there for me. I have never really had a bad experience; no issue that was never solved properly. Everything is always done in a timely manner and the workers are trustworthy about everything if there ever was a problem. I appreciate that.

The bank staff definately made me feel that customer service is their priority. After speaking with one staff member, the manager, who overheard part of the conversation, approached me with further information regarding banking options. I was so impressed with their customer service, that I have decided to transfer my business banking acct from BofA to Bank 5.

Bank Five has the nicest people to help with the borrowing process.. Recently we closed on a loan through Bank Five. As self employed people borrowing is always a complicated process, but they guided us through to a very smooth transaction. We definitely chose the right lender and would highly recommend .
