I had an issue with my business checks that was ordered for me. Between the check company having my old address and additional information that was incorrect my stress level was through the roof. I spoke with Nicole Macedo and she had everything corrected and my checks in hand in less then 4 days. She is by far the easiest and most professional employee from bank 5 that I had ever worked with. Not only does she handle every situation professionally she has an amazing sense of humor.
