A New Online Banking Experience is Coming September 15th
We're excited to introduce an updated Online Banking experience designed to make managing your accounts easier and more intuitive. Beginning September 15th, you'll notice a refreshed look and feel when you log into Online Banking and use Bill Pay. You'll also have access to a new feature called Goal Builder that can help you organize your savings goals.
Scheduled Online Banking Downtime
To complete this upgrade, Online Banking and the BankFive mobile app will be unavailable starting at approximately 8:00 AM on September 15th. We expect this downtime to last up to 8 hours. We apologize for this inconvenience and recommend planning ahead for the outage. Please note that any transfers scheduled within this downtime window will still run as scheduled.
What Can I Expect When I Log Back In?
- A Modernized Online Banking Experience. When you log into Online Banking and the BankFive mobile app after the update, you’ll notice a refreshed appearance with improved navigation and a cleaner design. While some screens may look different, you'll still have access to the same accounts and banking features you use today. The new design is incredibly intuitive, but if you have any questions once you access the new interface, we’re here to help!
- Updated Bill Pay Experience. Bill Pay is also receiving a visual refresh with a cleaner, more modern interface. Your existing payees, scheduled payments, and recurring payments will remain in place.
- A New Feature Called “Goal Builder”. Goal Builder helps you organize your savings goals within an existing checking or savings account of your choice. Whether you're saving for a vacation, holiday shopping, a home project, or an emergency fund, Goal Builder lets you create individual goals and track your progress in one place. Goal Builder does not move or transfer money between accounts. Instead, it helps you visually set aside funds within your account so you can work toward specific savings goals with ease.
