Our Switch My Bank service automates setting up direct deposit into a BankFive account.

Step #1: Access Switch My Bank. Access Switch My Bank through the "Additional Services" menu in Online Banking or the "More" menu in the BankFive mobile app. Then choose "Switch Direct Deposits".

Step #2: Choose Your Employer. Search for and select your employer. Don't worry if your employer isn't listed, you can easily add their information if necessary.

Step #3: Select Your Account. Select which BankFive account you would like your deposit to go to. If desired, you can split your deposit into multiple accounts.

Step #4: Submit Your Switch. Enter some information from a previous paystub, review the information, and submit your direct deposit switch!

¹Not all deposits are eligible for Early Deposit. Eligible deposits are limited to direct deposits of payroll, pension, or government benefit payments. Deposits from checks, mobile deposits, online transfers, or person-to-person payment services like PopMoney, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal are not eligible for Early Deposit.

²Deposit notifications must be set up by the accountholder within Online Banking.
