At BankFive we value your banking relationship. When banking with us, you can take comfort in knowing that we respect your right for privacy and we take the necessary steps to ensure the safekeeping of your information. This policy statement outlines our practices relative to collection and use of personal information.
What information do we collect?

We use information we collect to provide you services that you request in compliance with laws and regulations. Our employees have access to your information when needed to maintain your account and to provide services to you. We protect your information with a combination of physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.
What we don't do with information we collect.
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about you, our customers, or former customers, to anyone, except as permitted by law.
We do not use, retain or disclose any personal medical information about you for marketing purposes or to make credit decisions.
When we work with third parties.
We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

What can you do?
You can take the following steps to help secure your personal information:
- Never give out your social security number or personal credit information over the phone, unless you initiate the call.
- Tear up or shred bank statements, receipts, and unused credit card offers.
- Keep track of your mail. If a statement, check or bill is missing, someone may have changed your billing address.
- Don't mail bills from your own mailbox. Drop them at the post office or a postal mailbox.
- Review your credit report annually.
- Do business with reputable companies, especially on the Internet.
- Keep your browser's padlock or key icon active when doing business on-line.
- Don't open e-mail from unknown sources.
- Protect your PINs and passwords.
- Report any suspected fraud immediately.
